Terms & Conditions – The Canopy Flight School

Your spot is confirmed once deposit payment for the course has been received.
Limited spaces are available and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration fees do not include jump tickets, unless otherwise specified.

Weather conditions are outside our control. No refunds will be given for days lost to weather.
By registering, you agree to be present at the DZ and ready to jump, even if the weather is uncertain.

You must use a rig that is in airworthy condition and suitable for canopy coaching.
AAD's are mandatory and must be turned on — exceptions only with prior approval.
Visual altimeter is required. An audible is highly recommended.
You must fly a canopy that is appropriate for your experience and skill level.
There is zero tolerance for substance use during jump operations.
Respectful behavior is mandatory. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior toward staff, instructors, or other jumpers will result in removal from the course without refund.
A yellow/red card system may be used to flag safety or attitude concerns.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 14 days before the course without penalty. Your registration can be moved to an alternative course date, subject to availability.
Any costs already incurred due to your booking (such as coach travel, accommodation, or participant logistics) may still need to be covered.
Cancellations after slot confirmation will incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover administrative and planning costs.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course, including no-shows or last-minute withdrawals, forfeit the full course fee — unless a suitable replacement is provided.
You may transfer your registration to another qualified skydiver at no cost, subject to instructor approval.
We strongly recommend taking travel and cancellation insurance to protect your booking, accommodation, and transport.

By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken during the course.
The Canopy Flight School may use this material for marketing, educational, or portfolio purposes, unless requested otherwise until the course.
You waive any claim to rights or royalties for this media.

Skydiving is a high-risk activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.
You agree to release The Canopy Flight School, its instructors, coaches, and staff from any liability related to personal injury or death.
This waiver is binding for your heirs, legal representatives, and any party acting on your behalf.

You confirm that you hold valid third-party liability insurance for skydiving in the country the course will take place.
You confirm you have medical or travel insurance that covers skydiving-related medical costs, including repatriation.

You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health, free from any condition that could impair your ability to skydive safely.
You understand you must not jump under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If you are unsure about your fitness to participate, please consult a physician before enrolling.
